Eastern Music Festival:  June 26 – July 30, 2016. Associate Principal/3rd Trumpet Six Eastern Festival (faculty) Orchestra concerts.

Shenandoah Valley Bach Festival: June 10 – June 19, 2016 Principal Trumpet 3 separate concerts.  Soloist on Handel’s Eternal Source of Light Divine and Copland’s Quiet City.

June 2016:  As Principal Solo Cornet with the North Carolina Brass Band.  we performed three concerts at the Great American Brass Band Festival in Danville, KY. I performed a trio  The Three Aces” by Herbert L. Clarke with guest cornetist Gabriel DiMartino and NCBB cornet Ashley Hall on our final “Bandstand” concert,  and the duet Quicksilver with Ashley Hall on our other two concerts .

Judith Saxton and Allison Gagnon  celebrate  their  ten  years  of  collaboration with  some new  works  by trumpeter/composers: Stanley Friedman’s Sonata #2 in F minor (world premiere); Brazilian-American Luis Engelke’s Sonata (SE premiere),  Kevin  McKee’s Song for my Friend (for John Wacker, commissioning consortium premiere) and Jim Stephenson’s Silent Echoes.
